Hot news for us developers. It's been up there for a bit, but I just learnt about it on the beyond3d.com forums:

It contains a 10mb PDF with full documentation, very impressive.

EDIT: I just noticed Viper8896's link to http://cell.scei.co.jp/ in the PS3 Dev topic also contains a link to this book.
