Any downloadable PSP web browser (no UMDrequired)?

Was just wanting to find out if anyone had any idea, if any such thing exist at all, a downable PSP web browser? A browser that doesnt require any elements from a UMD ::cough, wipeout:::, just straight download? Thanks All.
