I have an ISO made by some guy that weighs only 13 MB, and if I made a new one, removing the PDF text files and RAR files, I got an ISO that weighs only 1 MB ! it contains 4 files:
- An executable PBPX
- System.CNF
- other CNF
- Directory that contains IMG, IRX files
I think this ELF is needed, avoiding useless CDs that will only damage my PS2, so searching I found this, looks like an ELF creator:
