PS2Dev Installer

Hi, i'm a nOOb. I was browsing the site till i found a link to the ps2dev installer. Well, it doesn't work, and i don't think it's a client problem... please fix it, and thank you for your hard work.

P.S. Sorry if my english is bad... i'm italian.

http://xorloser.com/ < this site has working installations for both ps2 and psp toolchains. neither require cygwin(95% sure of that. Check to be sure)
