I try to avoid asking people to make things for me, so take this just a suggestion. Well i have never seen the ps2/ps3 controller protocol , but you have said that any of their buttons will be able to map any of the psp buttons (seems obvious once you have made the protocol for one of them). Well my...

We don't care about having a real or fake hearphone jack inserted in its plug with SIO conector Well you should care about the causes that power up the sio and the causes that make the speakers mute and redirect this sound to the headphones. At least this last one is related with what i explained a...

Ok, guys... i asked deniska by pm for a more indeep explanation, but i think i figured it out how the speaker stuff works. Far from being well known , there is a mechanism that enables or disables speakers output depending on event fired by the hp/sio port. When sio port is enabled anyway, without ...

I know for sure that the WLAN switch has little to do with turning on the WLAN module. I suspect that the WLAN switch has nothing (NOTHING) at all to do with turning on the WLAN module. It's probable that the hardware switch will always turn it off, but that doesn't mean it will always turn it on. ...

Thanks, that does make sense, but only if the PSP app is going to access the MS once it has loaded right? Yes, i think you are right. I have tested to cut the power to a MS inserted and everything stays the same on the PSP, it still show how much memory is left in the MS, even if previously to cutt...

thanks a lot for your point art. I thought it would be serial for that reason, because probably as it is slower it is also cheaper, but i am so stupid that i have been thinking a way of swapping the memories without removing them and if possible adding only one switch for it, that i forgot to follow...

memory stick interface
I know it is not very common to talk about mods in this web but i feel like i won't find my answer anywhere else (i'm serious). I am doing a mod to have two memory sticks in my psp, both of them inserted, well this is not the matter. My problem is that i need to know which interface uses the psp to ...

Does the font have to be a specific size or something or maybe you have to change the code to specify the size...? I'm pretty sure it does. I've been working a little on this example, and it seems that the hight must be 16 and the widht between 6 and 14 if i remember well.So you will have to adjust...

i knew you only write in only one buffer each time (i´m spanish so may be i didn't explain myself very well), but i didn`t know that is not possible to write to the displayed buffer. So you have to worry about 'copying' every modification you do in the non-visible buffer to the visible one after swa...

display context doubt
I have been working on the Text sample from the sdk, and i've take a look to other GU samples. One of the things i do not understand is that it seems to be two display contexts. By doing swapbuffers you print the screen and go back to the previous context which might be different from the last one. ...

This is a Chat app that can be used either with Hyperterminal (extra-Hardware needed, see nil page), either with other PSP using Irda standard. You need to setup the graphics. You should look at some samples included in the SDK concerning the GU. Once you have setup the graphics as done in the mentioned samples and you have loaded the images with danzeff_load() it would be enough to do: while(1){ sceGuStart(GU_DIRECT, list); danzeff_readInp...

Probably you already knew, but you would find great info about how to make an adhoc connection on this emulator: http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/smsplus.shtml . It is not trivial but it doesn't seem imposible to me, also consider that i'm quite noob. Also there are some threads around this forum where y...
