0okm0000 released this on his website about a month ago or more and has updated it since. It's a upgrader/downgrader for fw 1.0 units. It enables 1.0 users to upgrade to 1.5 while being able to go back to fw 1.5. It does not however work as a downgrader for 1.5 units to fw 1.0. Something due to the ...

Then it is an enhanced version of P3, just like the Pentium M processors (in Centrino laptops). I've got a Dothan processor and have been using the P3 build.

Here's hoping uNn99 brings out an AVC version of his great program soon, keep up the good work :)

Nice to see an update, however it still causes problems on 1.0 PSP's. No way of exiting the program other than a hard shut-down, so annoying I can't use this great program and have to stick with the old dos looking FileAssistant. In the latest version the home and reboot (select) buttons don't even ...

Malloc / Ralph, where art thou? I'm also hoping an issue I saw introduced in the latest mod mod version resolved when you guys get around to releasing the v2.0 edition of it. Most of the time when I press start to get the OSD up the video jumps a frame(s) backwards (or forward, can't remember which)...

The annoying sound you are reffering to affects the sound in the muxing process, it's got nothing to do with AC3 or anything like that. If you listen to the mp3 track before muxing the sound is not there, but it's there after muxing. I believe the sound is simply the sound of the electrical current ...

That said, is there any way to download it without registering on the forums, I really don't like being forced to register for a single download.

I've been hoping it will work someday on my 1.0 machine too (although the browser doesn't interest me). If somebody has the answer to this I would be (foolishly?) hopeful that the same method can be worked on other 1.5 only apps like UMD emulator. And if not, then there might be a chance it would be...

Great app, keep up the good work! It's got most of the options I would ever want :) Now for a few annoying bugs I've encountered, the output location doesn't stick, I change it but as soon as I click 'Add to Queue' the output location reverts back to the same folder and filename as the original file...

@604000 Yeah, fast action would usually trigger it but I sometimes see it even in somewhat slow paced scenes. There are probably various factors that can bring it out, certain color combinations for example. But I did a few checks with my Spider-Man 2 UMD and it's not nearly as bad as even many high...

No, you can turn off your PSP anywhere, anytime. It's the sleep function you're reffering to. When you push the power button quickly upwards it will not turn off, you'll have to hold it for several seconds for a complete power off. But it seems fewer and fewer people know about this, making it espec...

Hi guys, i've been doing tests ripping LOST from the original .vob into an average output bitrate of 700 kbps. I used Gordian Knot and the file works fine with PMP Mod, the only problem is that in some scenes the reds and other dark colors seem to be blurred. I'm sorry, i don't know how to explain ...

This really needs subtitle support, but moreover it needs to remember your settings, especially skin changing since I have to change the skin every time I open the program.

Viper314, this one is pretty old.. Get snes9xTYL 0.2c, it's got hardware accelerated graphics and is therefore lightyears faster than this.

Thanks malloc, great work! Your improvements are much appreciated.
This latest version is just great, the OSD was a much, much needed addon for the player and the high speed seek was also very much needed since the player doesn't have a 'go to' feature.

Thanks again!

Thanks BaLdMoNkEy, nice program. I always run into problems when I load a 4:3 (eg. 640x480) video into it though, the resolution calculater gives an error and chooses a resolution of 480x360 instead of 360x272. Is it just me or is that a known issue? And a million thanks to Jonny since this is my fi...

You're doing an awesome job jonny, thanks for all your hard work! Like others have said I really don't care if I need to convert videos first.
