1.5 machine for sell - where shell i post it?

yeah, my 1.50 machine is waiting for a new owner. No Scratch (at all), Remote and Headphones never used, only used for lua and some other homebrew - yess. the UMD drive has been removed, since I planned to install a 4GB hd inside. then it never happened. With or without the UMD drive. mrn.at.post.do...

PSP.Spectrum - the Audio Analyser

Hi. I'd like to announce something Audio-related here. PSP.Spectrum is based on wav hex opener by sam (youresam) with enhanced analysis and visualisation features. ver 0.1 (March 30,2006) .. demonstrates: - proper and FAST! reading of a 16-bit wave file (except the header :( - Displaying a wav file ...

Since FFT is slow in Lua, maybe we can build an offline MP3 decoder,
which extracts the song before playing it. Or even better:
we extract the mp3 on a PC, and copy the wav to the MS. ha?

Btw. I am working on a Lua-based audio analyser SW.
Of course, based on FFT.
cheers, m.

ABC-DEF-like f.o.s.k .)

yepp, I've received some feedback about the 'not-easily' memorizable 'qwerty' layout.
Well, if you think.., it is really simple to rewrite the layout of your fosk to make it look as you want. for example...

[a|d|g] [j|m|p] [s|v|y]
[b|e|h] [k|n|q] [t|w|z]
[c|f.|i.] [l.|o|r.] [u|x|..]

how to hide a file?

Hi Guys. Does any of you know if there is a way to make hidden files,
or at least to make the file read-only while it is executed?
You know, I do not want Saotone to delete fosk accidentally while using it ;-)

just checked it. very nice!!! i definitely like those apps!! Now we have a black pocket-"function generator" in the range of 30-7000Hz. btw, is there a reason not to go 20-20k? I know, you had a synth in mind, but still... hint: we could use the R and L keys to go one octave higher/lower.....

Nice tools.
I'd propose to ALLOW "hot keys" whenever a message box appears by also printing them. Example:

[O OK] [X Cancel] [> Next] [< Prev] etc.

imho, such hot-keyes should become standard in the PSP-Lua world..

since the PSP has no easy input method!
Hi David, why do not you just port F.o.s.k to C/C++ and use it for your project...
It would be really simple then to input any text. And fast, of course.

check it out,
