thats really weird... so the hardware seriously cannot track more than 8 bones?


a typical model without feat, head, and hand bones is 9 bones!

we havent gotten our clearance for the official dev kit... our budget is tighter than a size 6 on a 400 pound fat chick....

i was hoping the community knew something about this so that it would be practical uppon release.

the quake community developed their own engine which supports all of the features maps and even nicer effects. sort of a Q3 engine emulation. the engine is called Qfusion and uppon compairing it to quake 3 Qf was found to have higher optomization when compaired to Q3 on top of that qfusion had alot ...

Son_K MDL is a rather bad model format. SMK would work much better and the models can be easily ported from MDL. no modeling program required. If all of you guyes would like to get togeather on some IRC channel we can talk about this. i can work with McZonk on the engine and game code aswell as some...

there is a more optomized version of Q3A based off of Quake 2...

its called Qfusion which is just the engine. then there is Qbism which supports all aspects of Q3.

they are better optomized than Q3 which would ease the psp CPU...

Im working on a port for it myself...

supports single player and multiplayer quake 2 models but i couldnt rotatethem. but animations will change. ::EDIT:: My bad i forgot how to rotate the mode. it works fine. just rename the tris.md2 to female.md2 and it works they have the same model setup. if it was MDL or SMK they could be based off...

I browsed a UMD video disk just fine...

only glitchy part was wile i closed the app... it crashed but recovered without rebooting...
