iv'e been wondering, when its signed code, does that mean that there is special code at the beginning of the file, or does it mean that all contents of the file have been encrypted so you couldn't just copy and paste to get it to work. i probably sound a little confusing cause i don't know how to ask.

what does this file do? the snes for psp doesn't have one and niether does a lot of homebrew things for psp 1.0, but the update has one, what does it do?

i don't know if you guys have figured anything out, but im pretty good at decrypting code, so if you gave me the encrypted code from one file on the v1.0 version, and encrypted code from the same file that should have the same contents from v1.5, i might be able to write a program or just figure out...
