The audio files seem to be AT3 (atrack3plus) files, not AC3.

This doesn't work. You can spoof it to download from http:// URI's but not file://.

I tried using the Network Update function with this and http://forums.ps2dev.org/viewtopic.php?t=1606, but it only seems to download files if the URI is http:// (not file://).

Can you at least give us the file/directory structure?

Dragon Unpacker doesn't work with these wad files. I also compared them to wad files from old Wipeout games and they're not the same type.
