The problem is that I'm having no success. As you can see in my last post, the compiler gives that error and I can't see what I'm doing wrong.

About the repository versions:
I can send you the code for being incorporated, It's more simple. But now I need some help ;-)

I'm trying to compile lsdldoom-v005nosound. It requires ROMFS, so I got the romfs from the svn repository. When I tape 'make all install', it shows: $ make all install make -C tools/genromfs all make[1]: Entering directory `/home/usr/ps2sdk-ports/romfs/tools/genromfs' gcc -O2...

I'm having trouble compiling SDL and I guess it has something with this new version of gsKit since before the 'update' everything was working. gsKit compiles OK, but after this svn co svn://svn.ps2dev.org/ps2/trunk/ps2sdk-ports/sdl cd sdl make all install I'm getting this: video/ps2sdk/SDL_p...

And why the DOOM_no_sound.ELF only loads from USB mass storage device? What's necessary to be HDD (uLaunchelf) compatible?

ps2hdd.irx not loaded?

Also,
You should know that Doom music is in MIDI format. The question is: how could the PS2 play Doom music? Is there a "midi synthesizer" on PS2 hardware?

MegaMan, thanks for supporting me. Unfortunately, I'm having no success. Although the linux appears to boot properly and shows no error messages, it shows me the bash "/>" but pressing any keys nothing happens, like a 'system halt'. Num and Caps Lock doesn't turn on/off. The cursor flashes...

Here is what I'm getting when booting using: kloader1.8.elf; vmlinux-2.4.17-ps2-devfs-20080302 or vmlinux-2.4.17-ps2-20080209 initrd.usb2.gz; i...
