Ok, so I'm not sure what the deal with mipmapping on psp is, but it seems to have its own special way of doing things. First off let me say I've been searching through the forums thoroughly to find any help and it looks like mipmapping has be a recurring problem. I'm using 3 different texture levels...

Profiling on PSP

I did some searching through the forums and I'm trying to get my hands on zytek's tutorial for profiling on psp. The link in the thread he made is dead. If anyone could re-upload this file I would be greatful. The file was titled "pspprofilingV1.pdf". Thanks.

Well, its finally fixed now. I rewrote most of it and then a friend had a look-see to spot a last couple of fixes.

I'll post some screens later on once the dynamic LOD has been implemented and i apply some texturing.

Pre-processing effect. Have your icon or whatever in photoshop and add just add an outer glow and some blur. I would assume this is nothing more than just a simple "mouse over" type of effect where the texture/image is replaced with the glowing one once the icon is selected.
